Harvey M. Watson III
Harvey graduated from The Citadel in 2002 and from Emory University School of Law in 2005. Since 2008, he has focused on promoting the competent and ethical practice of law in South Carolina, in part through his service as a current member and past chair of the South Carolina Bar’s Ethics Advisory Committee and as current Chair of the Bar’s Professional Responsibility Committee.
In his practice, he has served as a “lawyer for lawyers,” assisting clients in creating robust supervisory procedures and compliant legal advertising, navigating firm departures and dissolutions, meeting fiduciary obligations for entrusted funds, and defending against disciplinary investigations. He has advised individuals and firms on understanding and fulfilling their professional and ethical responsibilities across a wide range of issues arising in legal practice.
Since joining Pendarvis Law Office, Harvey has used his knowledge and experience to help hold lawyers and other professionals accountable when they fail to meet their obligations and cause financial losses to individuals or companies.
