Thomas A. Pendarvis

Thomas Pendarvis is Board Certified in Legal Malpractice by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys.  Thomas is licensed to practice law in South Carolina and Georgia, and has been handling legal malpractice claims against lawyers and law firms since 1992   He also provides advice to lawyers and law firms concerning professional responsibility and ethical compliance matters, including representing lawyers in disciplinary matters, lawyer departures, law firm dissolutions, conflicts analysis, advertising review, risk management assessments, and trust accounting concerns.  Thomas also serves as an expert in legal malpractice matters.

Thomas graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1992 after receiving a degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia in 1984. The focus of his civil trial practice since 1992 has been representing who were injured by negligent lawyers, accountants, real estate appraisers, and other professionals. He also handles business and commercial disputes, wrongful death claims, personal injury claims, and other complex litigation matters.
